Qual­ity Man­age­ment System

From high demands to sat­is­fac­tion, the qual­ity of our prod­ucts is based on knowl­edge gained from long years of expe­ri­ence in the pro­duc­tion of con­nec­tors. Indi­vid­ual cus­tomer solu­tions are among our strong points. This means that early in prod­uct imple­men­ta­tion, actions are taken to meet our cus­tomers’ require­ments to their utmost sat­is­fac­tion. To be able to ensure that, Conec has devel­oped and imple­mented a Total Qual­ity Man­age­ment Sys­tem based on the inter­na­tional stan­dards ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949. Dur­ing the devel­op­ment of the qual­ity man­age­ment sys­tem, application-specific require­ments of our cus­tomers were specif­i­cally con­sid­ered and inte­grated in the system.

Dur­ing the devel­op­ment and pro­duc­tion process, state-of-the-art meth­ods for error avoid­ance are used. Our own test lab­o­ra­tory guar­an­tees that all required prod­uct ver­i­fi­ca­tions can be car­ried out at any time dur­ing prod­uct realisation.

The effi­ciency of the qual­ity man­age­ment sys­tem is reviewed in reg­u­lar in-company audits. The results from these audits as well as the feed­back from the mar­ket are eval­u­ated and used as indi­ca­tors for con­tin­u­ous improve­ment of our processes and products.

Cer­ti­fi­ca­tion of the qual­ity man­age­ment sys­tem by an accred­ited insti­tu­tion doc­u­ments that all require­ments of the rel­e­vant stan­dards and reg­u­la­tions are effi­ciently applied.
